Search Home DFA City Clerk City Clerk The Office of the City Clerk is an administrative public service division. This office maintains city records, regulates licensing, manages city-wide elections, presents the City Code and supports the legislative work of the Mayor and City Council. City Code Boise City Code is published for reference purposes and represent formal legislative acts of the Council and should be used whenever the Council intends to pass regulatory measures. See More City Council Meetings The City Council meets every Tuesday at 6 p.m., except for the fourth Tuesday of each month, when the meetings begin at noon. Council meetings are held on the third floor of City Hall.
